I am an IT consultant and enthusiast with over 20 years experience in hardware and software technologies ranging from desktop personal computers to enterprise server level machines. I am well versed in LAN, WAN and WI-FI based networking, firewalls, VOIP & telephony, e-mail, security, remote management and virtually everything in-between. Skilled in designing infrastructure and implementing technology to support small and large user groups, supporting users at corporate headquarters as well as multiple remote locations and small businesses.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions that support the company's business objectives and to successfully manage all phases of IT projects from needs analysis and requirements definition to vendor selection, implementation and training.
I also have extensive experience in large hardware and software rollouts, handling off-lease and/or legacy equipment disposal including dismantling, cataloging and inventorying items, testing functionality, removing sensitive data and preparing units for sale.
I enjoy using my extensive background in customer service to handle clients with a positive attitude and sincere concern to ensure complete satisfaction.
